What You’ll Do

Make a professional, personalized first impression as our service client’s initial point of contact.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries with efficiency and care.

Schedule, confirm, and follow-up on client appointments to ensure a positive experience.

Contact clients regarding their service needs, preventative maintenance reminders, and active campaigns and maintain accurate records and communication logs.

Support service team by managing appointment flow and maximizing shop capacity.

Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction.

What We Seek

Previous customer service or call center experience (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)

Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
