We are seeking a
Transportation Engineer
to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects that enhance mobility and improve communities.

Responsibilities
Design and support transportation infrastructure projects including roadways, intersections, highways, and multimodal facilities
Assist with or lead traffic analysis, roadway design, and corridor studies
Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
Utilize design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and traffic modeling software
Coordinate with internal teams across civil, planning, and environmental disciplines
Support or manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables (level dependent)
Interface with clients, municipalities, and DOT agencies
Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
Contribute to proposals and business development efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain)
2-10+ years of experience in transportation engineering
Experience with roadway design, traffic engineering, or transportation planning
Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Synchro, HCS, or similar
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in growing into project management or technical leadership roles
