Project Manager – Power Utility Experience
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year.

Core Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of power utility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee substation, underground electrical, and distribution infrastructure projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and utility clients to ensure successful delivery
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements
Lead project meetings, reporting, and client communication
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in power utility or heavy civil construction
Strong experience with substations, electrical infrastructure, duct banks, or underground utilities
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of utility standards, permitting, and safety regulations
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Preferred
Experience working with utility providers or public infrastructure clients
Background in self‑perform construction environments
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
