Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The CNA provides direct and indirect resident care activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of all residents at out 134 bed long term care facility.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
Take and record vital signs as assigned.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
Answer call bells promptly and respond to resident needs.
Assist with meal service and feeding as needed.
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Schedule Options
Day, evening, and overnight shifts available.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
