Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME?accredited orthopedic surgery residency
• Board?Eligible or Board?Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training preferred but not required
• Eligibility for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
