
Procurement Analyst (Onsite)

What You Will Do
Review and update sourcing package information to ensure compliance.
Perform supplier management activities in support of U.S. Government contracts and solicitations as needed within the team.
Assist in protecting company proprietary information by initiating non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for the team.
Review Technical Data Packages (TDP).
Create and send Request for Quotes (RFQs) to compliant suppliers, review and evaluate responses, and select a winning bidder.
Utilize source selection techniques, compile and analyze data to perform price analysis, conduct negotiations—including terms and conditions—and identify supplier risks.
Ensure that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule, and quality targets.
Work closely with the Program Office and other functions (Engineering, Quality, and Logistics) to identify solutions to sourcing issues that require ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
Monitor workload reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.
Communicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast‑paced environment.
Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough, and drive tasks to completion.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally, if required.
What You Will Learn
Work in a fast‑paced environment sourcing a variety build‑to‑print parts.
Understand how supply chain interacts with other functions (Program, Engineering, and Quality) to resolve problems and provide firm‑fixed pricing to the customer.
Qualifications You Must Have
A university degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, contracts, and/or similar roles in a federally regulated or manufacturing industry.
Qualifications We Prefer
DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
Proficiency in performing and comprehending price and cost analysis and source selection/justification, including analysis of supplier quotations.
Strong negotiation skills to lead formal negotiations and teleconferences—price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow‑down requirements.
Knowledge of import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR).
Experience with SAP PRISM or Raytheon systems, processes, and procedures.
Six Sigma, CORE, and productivity improvement experience.
Compensation
Salary range: 57,200 USD – 108,800 USD.
