What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.
What You Will Need
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor Degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
The ability to independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines
Nice to Have
PROSCI or equivalent communications and change management certification
Excellent written and verbal client communication skills and the ability to quickly develop client relationships to support the overall goal of a smooth introduction of AI-enabled software system features
Advanced MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Teams (or equivalent webinar platform) skill
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
