Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Keeping the office clean, organized and ensuring supply needs are met
Greeting all customers during open business hours
Opening and closing the office daily
Answering all incoming calls
Accepting all incoming checks and processing
Sort Mail
Preparing and reviewing all incoming payments
Scheduling and Collecting Move In Information
Distributing Move In and Vendor Key pick-up
Completing/ adding new maintenance requests
Making new Move In/ welcome bags
Data Entry as needed
Processing New Leases and Lease Renewals
Setting up New Properties
Additional Administration tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent Attendance Record
Must have 2-3 years of customer service
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Able to prioritize under stress to meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail
Knowledge of Google Docs and Appfolio a plus
