Overview
You will be joining Monash Health Pathology Service as a permanent Grade 2 Pathology Collector. The service is the largest public provider of pathology in Victoria, operating six laboratories across the region.
Responsibilities
Perform pathology specimen collection in a busy clinical environment.
Maintain accurate records and ensure sample integrity for laboratory processes.
Collaborate with supportive and professional colleagues to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Contribute to the ongoing development of collection procedures and patient communication.
Qualifications
A Certificate III or IV in Pathology Specimen Collection is required.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
