
Subcontracts Administrator-Intermediate

As a Subcontract Administrator in Advanced Manufacturing, you will manage contracting for professional and construction services on small projects up to $50M. Responsibilities include contracting procurement, bid management, negotiations, awards, invoice and change order management, risk mitigation, and subcontract close‑out. You will report to the Director of Supply Management and coordinate with project procurement managers and project teams.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Request for Proposal packages
Issuance and administration of bid packages throughout the bid cycle.
Coordinate and host Prebid meetings with bidders and Project Team members
Receipt and review of proposals
Tabulation of proposals
Coordinate clarification meetings with bidders and Project team
Prepare commercial bid evaluations
Negotiate terms and conditions with bidders and coordinate final negotiations with legal department
Route requisition for award documents to project team for approvals
Draft award Subcontract documents and issue to successful bidder
Coordinate pre‑award meetings
Manage Subcontractor invoices
Manage change orders
Mitigate Subcontractor risk and assist with any claims or disputes
Subcontract close‑out activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, supply chain, operations management, or equivalent project experience
2+ years of experience in subcontracting and contract management.
2-5 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center Projects is preferred.
Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team work.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
A drive to solve complex and challenging problems.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on medium to large EPCM projects

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $61,700.00 to $84,800.00. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
