You will work on international projects with a high level of complexity, apply cutting‑edge research and development insights, and contribute to the design of innovative special structures and complex load‑bearing systems. As a member of our highly motivated project teams, you will take ownership of independent work packages. With a strong focus on sustainability, you will help ensure the efficient use of construction materials and minimize the ecological footprint of our structures.
Depending on your level of experience, you will also take on project management tasks and communicate with clients, designers, and contractors.
Your Tasks
Independent handling of challenging projects in the field of special structures worldwide
Performing structural calculations as well as structural design and planning tasks for complex structures
Participation in all phases of structural design
Developing individual and technically sophisticated structural solutions
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and technical standards in your own area of responsibility, as well as taking on project management tasks in line with your level of experience
Working closely with the project team and coordinating with other disciplines
Communicating and coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors
Your Profile
Completed master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering
Professional experience in structural design, ideally in special structures
Very good skills in structural analysis and CAD programs such as SOFiSTiK, Rhino, Grasshopper and Revit as well as interest in BIM‑based processes
Independent, goal‑oriented, and reliable way of working, as well as a high level of commitment
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus)
