
Ecommerce Specialist

We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow a multi-brand online retail portfolio. This role requires strong Shopify expertise, CRM execution, and a data-driven approach to optimizing performance across multiple storefronts.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple Shopify stores within a multi-brand portfolio
Optimize product listings, merchandising, pricing, and promotions to drive conversion
Execute and manage CRM campaigns (email & SMS) using Klaviyo
Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV) and implement improvements
Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
Maintain site functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement UX improvements
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
Strong expertise in Shopify (setup, customization, apps, integrations)
Proven experience with CRM tools, especially Klaviyo (email & SMS marketing)
Experience managing or supporting multi-brand e-commerce portfolios
Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance optimization
Preferred
Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies
Familiarity with paid media and digital marketing channels
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid is a plus
