Hours & Pay
8a-5p, Monday Friday
$18-22/hour, depending on experience
This is an in-office role and is not a remote position

Key Warranty Administrator Responsibilities
Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
Review repair orders for completeness, accuracy, and warranty eligibility
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and managers regarding warranty documentation
Follow up on unpaid or rejected warranty claims and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain warranty schedules and adhere to manufacturer policies and deadlines
Monitor warranty receivables and ensure proper posting and payment
Assist with warranty audits and maintain required records
Perform miscellaneous office duties as needed
Position Requirements
Previous dealership or warranty administration experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines
Basic accounting or accounts receivable knowledge
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ethical business practices and professionalism
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer proficiency including e-mail, web-based applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn dealership management systems
