A top-tier Colorado trauma center in Loveland, CO is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant Nocturnist to join its elite Trauma & Acute Care Surgery team. This full-time overnight role offers the chance to deliver advanced trauma care in one of the region s most respected high-acuity environments.
Position HighlightsSchedule: Full-Time Nocturnist (7 PM 7 AM)
Role: Trauma & Acute Care Surgery Physician Assistant
Environment: High Acuity, Level II Trauma
Core Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum overnight trauma & acute care surgery services
Manage trauma admissions, EGS patients, and inpatient surgical care
Conduct evaluations, order/interpret diagnostics, and develop care plans
Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and emergency interventions
Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons and an interdisciplinary team
Maintain documentation using Epic EMR
Uphold rigorous patient safety, quality, and performance standards
Participate in OAP mentorship, education, and leadership development
Not accepting: locums, locum-to-perm, visa candidates
Not accepting fresh graduates
Must have 2+ years trauma surgery experience OR completed a surgical fellowship
Annual Salary: $136,822 $179,379 (based on experience)
QVIP Bonus: Earn up to $10,000 annually

Experience:
2 years trauma surgery preferred, OR
Completed surgical fellowship
