Pest Control Technician
This is a full-time position located on the road in the area around Upper Marlboro, MD. This position will report to our office in Annapolis Junction, MD once per week.
$19.00 - $22.00 an hour, uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses, annual incentive trip, company iPhone provided, save money from driving our vehicle.

Responsibilities include running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order, keeping accurate records of treatments provided, mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws, serving as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs, maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures, advising customers of potential problems, keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes, maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage, being assigned a route in your local area, carrying a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs, work schedule includes every other Saturday.
Qualifications include this is an opportunity for a great career with no experience necessary; we will train you, a US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required, a clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years), a drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
