Vaco Indianapolis is partnering with a client near Avon, IN to hire an Office Manager. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire position working fully in office. The role is especially suited for candidates with automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

Handle Payroll, Accounts Payable, & Accounts Receivable

Inventory control

Assist with HR/Benefits

Hold necessary office meetings

Provide necessary training to office personnel

Maintain corporate policy and procedures

Reconcile all schedules

Reconcile reserve statement and rebate/dealer money

Preparation of monthly financial statement

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is noted in the posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits and the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
