Position Details:

Patient Population: Mixed acuity hospital patients (healthy pediatrics only)
Setting: Hospital-based; Level III Trauma Center; OR, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, ASC
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia and anesthesia-related care; practice independently per Oregon regulations
Required Procedures: General anesthesia cases and all types of blocks (everything except heads and hearts)
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Collaborative team of Physicians and CRNAs
Days Per Month: Full-time (80 hrs/pay period) or Part-time (48 hrs/pay period)
On-Call/Weekends: Paid call shared equitably; post-call day off; weekends shared

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA
Oregon License (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 1+ year CRNA employment experience
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
