A private dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, high-performing practice with strong clinical support and room to grow.

Practice Highlights

• $1.2M+ in annual collections; $133K average monthly production
• 7 operatories, 4 hygienists, hygiene-driven practice
• Previous doctor retired - open to FT or PT
• Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule
• Advanced technology: iTero, CBCT, Laser
• PPO/FFS
• Excellent opportunity for growth and advanced procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• 6-month per diem ($900-$1,500/day) plus 35% of net collections
• $1,500 annual CE allowance
• Full health, vision, dental, LTD, STD plans; sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance negotiable

• Clinical mentorship in implants, endo, and Invisalign
• True path to ownership with equity buy-in and quarterly profit distributions
