Requirements / Qualifications

Experience: Job related experience with increasing level of responsibility is desired. Education: Targeted, job related education with study in job-related area. Two year of college-level course work in business administration, human resources or a related field AND two (2) years of responsible clerical or secretarial experience involving public contact. This position also requires the employee to attend and participate in ongoing credential workshops and conference. Equivalency:
Test Information: The testing process may consist of a minimum of two or more parts; written multiple choice examination(s) and/or verbal performance examinations. Applicants must pass the first test to be invited/considered for the second exercise. Applicants will be notified if they meet the minimum qualifications required to take the written examination. Candidates are required to present a valid picture identification prior to sign-in. Please allow at least 2 or more hours for the written multiple choice examination.
