The ideal candidate will deliver direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist, that will include; the implementation of treatment plans, administration of therapeutic exercises, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress.

Responsibilities:
Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
Provide direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Assist the Physical Therapist in performing assessments and complex treatment procedures.
Maintain documentation on all patients referred for services.
Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facility's approved documentation forms.
Attend and participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings.
Complete all tasks within established timelines provided by the facility.
Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned by facility.
