Inkjet Roll-Fed Press Operator
We are seeking an experienced Inkjet Roll-Fed Press Operator to run high-speed production inkjet equipment for regular, transactional, and direct mail printing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating roll-fed inkjet presses in a deadline-driven environment, with a strong understanding of print quality control and machine maintenance.
Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining roll-fed inkjet presses, loading rolls, aligning substrates, ensuring ink and media calibration for optimal output, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting errors, minimizing downtime, conducting quality checks, and verifying output against job specifications. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily job requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications include 2+ years of experience operating roll-fed inkjet presses, familiarity with transactional print environments and variable data printing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts as needed.
