Acquisition Program Analyst

We are seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to support our client at the Pentagon in Washington DC. The tasks for this position include:
Supporting Headquarters Air Force (HAF) PEO program execution and oversight efforts of investment programs, to include performance of the following tasks independently:
Maintaining and analyzing planning, scheduling, and management data.
Researching and analyzing program trends, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
Reviewing and providing recommendations on existing and proposed Air Force acquisition and capability area policies and implementation.
Providing data analyses of critical programmatic issues.
Performing access control duties for users of the authoritative acquisition defense business and analytics system based on existing business rules and policy; documenting and gaining approval on new rules when required.
Managing and approving/disapproving change requests to program records within the authoritative acquisition defense business system(s) for investment programs.
Providing subject matter expertise to investment program personnel on proper acquisition data reporting within the respective authoritative acquisition defense business system(s) based on published business rules and policy; documenting and gaining approval on new rules when required.
Managing the bi-annual data cleansing and completeness review (e.g. Investment Master List Data Review) of acquisition metadata for all investment programs within the authoritative acquisition defense business system(s). Providing training for portfolio analysts on the process, expertise to adjudicate errors/findings, and tracking of action items to closure to ensure data accuracy within the system.
Assisting with data repository compliance requirements for acquisition category I or equivalent acquisition programs in the Defense Acquisition Verification Environment (DAVE) or other systems as needed.
Ensuring data entry compliance in support of acquisition reporting to include the service Management Acquisition Reports (MARs), OSD Program Progress reports (formerly Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES)), and Congressionally mandated Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs).
Supporting data collection, entry, and cleansing efforts associated with forums leveraging data from the Advanced Analytics (ADVANA) system.
Gathering acquisition data system improvement/change requests from HAF/SAF users and submitting/tracking implementation.
Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR.
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
A minimum of 10 years of experience with acquisition experience in a System Program Office and/or Air Force Headquarters.
Masters Degree in a Business, Finance, or Engineering discipline.
Strong familiarity with the DoD acquisition process.
