Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Michigan RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- AANA Board Certification
- Experience in System Epic EMR - Preferred
- Clean Malpractice/License History
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- Must be local; only mileage reimbursement
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
