Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics
Admissions & Rounding: As required
Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Otolaryngology, Surgical ENT, Audiology Collaboration
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
EMR System: Cerner
Specialty Backup: Established referral network from primary care providers
Support Staff: Strong clinical support team and established audiology program
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multi-specialty medical group

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
Board Requirements: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)
Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings
Perform ENT surgical procedures
Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
