Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 patients per day

Office Equipment Available: Standard urology clinic and OR equipment (limited robotics availability)
Specialty Backup Available: Available as needed
Support Staff Available: 1 FT Provider, 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMA, 1 Patient Representative
Reason for Coverage: Staffing shortage due to provider vacancy and upcoming departure

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active NY license required
Board: Board Certified in Urology
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Relevant urology experience required
Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; clean work history with no gaps over 30 days; malpractice disclosure required if applicable
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient urology care and consultations
Perform urology procedures and surgical cases
Manage inpatient consults and post-operative care
Participate in call coverage as scheduled
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
