Office Equipment Available: Standard pathology lab equipment

Reason for Coverage: PTO coverage

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

Gross sectioning and examination of pathology specimens
Surgical pathology sign-out
Clinical pathology responsibilities
Blood smear reviews
Handling routine pathology cases and cancer resections
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active SC license or IMLC
Board: Board Eligible within 5 years
Experience: Fellowship required; experience in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
Other Qualifications: Must perform gross pathology; Epic experience preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform gross examination and sign-out of surgical pathology specimens
Interpret and report anatomic and clinical pathology findings
Review and analyze blood smears and routine pathology cases
Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Participate in weekend call coverage as scheduled
