Office Equipment Available: Fully Equipped Emergency Department
Specialty Backup Available: Over 27 Medical Specialties Including Womens Services, Behavioral Health, Inpatient and Outpatient Services
Support Staff Available: 10 Hours of NP/PA Coverage Daily, 24 hours of physician coverage daily

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Evaluation and management of emergency medical conditions across all age groups
Stabilization and treatment of medium acuity cases
Coordination with specialty services as clinically indicated
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Tennessee Medical License
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (Board Certification Preferred)
DEA: Active Tennessee DEA Required
Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS Required if Not ABEM Certified
Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine Experience Preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a community hospital setting
Manage patient flow in a 24-hour physician coverage model
Collaborate with NP/PA providers and multidisciplinary staff
Document all encounters accurately within McKesson Allscripts EMR
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
