Case Mix/Required Procedures: CABG, MV, AV, TAVR, LAAC, Maze, Afib ablations; No general cases.

No. of Labs: 1 EP; 1 Structural Interventional

No. of ORs: 2

Other Info:

- No cardiac & liver transplants.

- No CRNA supervision.

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BC (Anesth & Echo Cardiography)

BLS, ACLS

DEA

TEE experienced/certified

Cardiac Anesthesiologist Fellowship
