- New Consults: 2; 8-12 per week (split with 2nd physician)

- Re-evaluation: 1

No. of treatments per day: 30

Mid-levels in Practice: Available

Support Staff:

- APPs , 2 physicists, 2 dosimetrists

- 6 Rad Therapists, 3 RNs, 2 Front Office

- 1 Financial Counselor

Case Mix: Breast, Lung, Prostate & Mix of other organ sites.

Duties:

- Tue: All on-treatment patients

- Mon-Fri: Simulations & review of images

- Wed: Chart rounds at 8a

- Tue afternoons: Network peer review

Procedures:

- 2D & 3D radiation therapy

- IMRT, IGRT, DIBH, SBRT, SRS

- Brachytherapy for cylinders

Office Equipment:

- 2 linacs (Trilogy & EDGE Truebeam)

- GE Lightspeed-16 slice-widebore

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Aria RO Epic/IP Powerchart

Other Info: Will work solo

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Requirements:

Active PA License

BC

DEA

With at least 1 year of experience

Local or drive-in candidates (highly preferred)
