Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Otolaryngology
Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours
On-Call Shift Schedule: Weekend call 1:3

- 2 Otolaryngologists
- 1 Allergist
- 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- 1 Audiologist

- Main Operating Room
- Outpatient Surgery Center
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: TBD

Salary: Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
Other Qualifications:
- Strong clinical skills in ENT diagnosis, procedures, and surgeries
- Effective communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients
Perform ENT-related procedures and surgeries in both hospital and outpatient settings
Participate in 1:3 weekend call rotation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including allergists and audiologists
Contribute to the growth and expansion of a busy ENT practice
