No. of Beds in Facility: 268
Office Equipment Available: 11 surgical suites (including Hybrid OR), 6 outpatient surgical suites, 2 Cath Labs (3rd under construction)
Specialty Backup Available: Yes 145 physicians across 32 specialties
Support Staff Available: CRNAs and procedural teams
Reason for Coverage: Expansion of cardiac services

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Cardiac anesthesia administration
General anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient procedures
Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), if certified
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Cardiac anesthesia training or equivalent experience, or TEE certification
Experience: Prior cardiac anesthesia experience preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide anesthesia services for cardiac procedures and general surgery cases

Engage in continuous improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
