- GYN: Office/Minor GYN, Operative/Major (including Diagnostic)

No. of Exam Rooms:

- 2 (procedure rooms); 16 (LDRP rooms)

- Dedicated Surgical Suite

No of Beds: 15

Nursery Level: II

Trauma Level: II

Ultrasound Onsite

EMR: Cerner, will convert to Epic (2025)

Other Info:

- Open to new graduates; but must have plans to take test

Requirements:

Active IL license (or willing to obtain)

BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
