Duties:
- Basic laboratory services
- Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives
- May be required to maintain active membership status
- Actively demonstrates the organizations mission
- Knows and adheres to all laws and regulations
- Performs complete, accurate history and physical assessment/examination
- Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic tests and accurately
- Prescribes appropriate treatment
- Provides direct patient and family education
- Determines the effectiveness of patient care plans, treatment and interventions
- Responsible for communication with physician
- Participates in medical record, patient care, quality assurance, process improvement and compliance audits, evaluations and follow-up
- Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness
- Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job
Requirements:
Active IN License (highly preferred)
BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
BLS & ACLS
DEA
Proof of COVID Vaccine
Must be experienced in using EPIC
