Senior Program Manager

They build and scale high-performance systems that power online gaming, betting platforms, and real-time transactions. Their platform leverages API-driven architectures, third-party integrations, and highly available distributed systems to support millions of users across multiple jurisdictions

7+ years in Technical Program Management or similar role
Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Strong collaboration with Engineering & Product teams in Agile environments
Experience managing external partners, vendors, or enterprise integrations
Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform development
Skilled in managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
Strong executive communication & presentation skills
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, healthcare)
Familiarity with PMO structures and enterprise frameworks
Experience leading partner integrations or platform rollouts xywuqvp (B2B/B2C)
Exposure to payment systems or compliance workflows
PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe or similar certification
Experience managing 20+ stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field
