PS2G is seeking an Office (DocuCare) Level 2 professional to support onsite document services and office equipment operations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality print, copy, scan, and fax services while ensuring equipment uptime, accurate asset tracking, and responsive customer support in alignment with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Document & Office Services
Deliver contracted services including copying, printing, scanning, and faxing
Receive, log, and process customer document requests electronically
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes while maintaining billing accuracy
Perform data entry to support service tracking and reporting
Equipment Operations & Maintenance
Diagnose basic equipment issues and perform first-level troubleshooting
Clean and maintain office equipment to ensure consistent performance
Replace consumables and operator-accessible parts as required
Maintain agreed-upon uptime across the copier and device fleet
Asset & Inventory Management
Track and coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) activities for office equipment
Serve as the point of contact for equipment delivery, removal, and service support
Apply asset tags and maintain accurate records within asset tracking systems
Monitor and maintain supply inventory levels
Collect and submit meter readings for billing purposes
Operational Support
Track and report account and service activity as required
Coordinate tasks to ensure fulfillment of contractual requirements and service expectations
Deliver responsive, customer-focused support in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
Ability to read, write, and follow basic xywuqvp English instructions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or related environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
