Job Description
This position is to assist with central clinic operation, which includes but is not limited to laboratory backup, immunization tracking documentation completion, managing and maintaining client records, composition of medical records, calling clients with laboratory results and orders as per the provider orders, ordering, receiving and maintaining central clinic supply inventory, assisting with cleaning rooms, and taking client vital signs. This position is responsible for maintaining the client medication assistance program for health department clients with multiple pharmaceutical companies, under the provider's supervision. This position also scans documents into client records as needed. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the laboratory manual and MSDS manual. This position will facilitate the clinical duties required to provide confidential, accurate, and prompt service to the Central Clinic Programs. Starting pay is $36,153
Qualifications
Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through at least two years of medical office experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
