What You’ll Do
Prepare detailed residential and commercial estimates using Xactimate
Analyze property damage using photos, reports, and site inspections (as needed)
Develop accurate scopes of loss and line-item estimates
Interpret architectural drawings, contractor estimates, and insurance policies
Identify missed damages, discrepancies, and code-required upgrades
Collaborate with adjusters and internal teams to support claim strategy
Maintain clear, organized documentation throughout the claims process
Assist with estimate revisions, reviews, and negotiations
What You Bring
Strong proficiency in Xactimate
3+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or property damage estimating
Solid understanding of building materials, methods, and code requirements
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently
Familiarity with the insurance claims process preferred
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with potential field/site visits
Fast-paced environment supporting active insurance claims
