Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an occupational therapy specialty
• Valid BLS certification
• License to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Proficiency with Cerner charting system
• Ability to support acute care patients from physician orders
• Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in ICU, neurological, orthopedic, or general medical-surgical units
• Familiarity with electronic medical records beyond Cerner
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical priorities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and certification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an acute care setting

Other Requirements:

• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Shift hours: 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with flexibility
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Support with licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable
