Pediatric ICU Float RN - Fast-Paced, Family-Centered Care

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join our Pediatric ICU Float pool in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves providing nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs, delivering family-centered care, and being part of a collaborative team. This position requires a bachelor's degree in nursing and a current RN license in Massachusetts, along with at least 1 year of pediatric ICU experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and additional incentives for clinical hours worked are offered.
