Clinical Nursing Supervisor

Yale NewHaven Health is looking for a Registered Nurse with a BSN preferred and at least five years of recent clinical experience. The RN will supervise nursing care, ensure operational needs are met, and act as a resource for staff. Critical skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership. The role offers an opportunity to positively impact patient care while collaborating in a team environment. Current RN registration and certification in BLS, PALS, and ACLS are required.
