General Dentist Opportunity Binghamton, NY

A highly productive, patient-focused dental practice in Binghamton, New York is seeking a General Dentist to join its established and fast-paced team. This is a very busy office with a consistent waitlist, making it an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants immediate volume and strong earning potential.

You ll be joining a collaborative clinical team that includes 4 General Dentists, 1 Orthodontist, and 1 Oral Surgeon, providing strong in-house specialty support.

Practice Highlights:

• Team of 4 GP s, 1 Orthodontist, and 1 Oral Surgeon

• 15 operatories

• Strong clinical support: 2 assistants per doctor + 3 hygienists

• Extremely busy practice with a long waitlist

• Patient base is 90%+ Medicaid Managed Care, with negotiated, very favorable reimbursement rates

• Mix of bread-and-butter dentistry with flexibility to expand into more complex cases if desired

• Fully digital environment with advanced technology including:

  • Digital X-rays

  • Pan/Ceph

  • CBCT

  • Modern workflow and charting systems

Schedule:

• Standard hours are 8:00 5:00 or 9:00 6:00

• Flexibility available depending on provider preferences

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $1,000/day daily guarantee OR 30% of production (whichever is higher)
