Spring Health is a mental‑health solution for employers and health plans, using clinically validated Precision Mental Healthcare technology to deliver individualized care.
We are looking for independently licensed mental‑health professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LICSW) to join the Care Navigation team.
Flexibility is required for occasional shift adjustments and availability to work 3 holidays per year. Shift options include the following schedule.
What you’ll be doing
Provide in‑the‑moment clinical support, psycho‑education, and connection to referrals on a clinical phone queue.
Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution‑focused approaches to engage members seeking help with mental health, substance use, or family/relationship concerns.
Assess risk and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow‑up for high‑risk members to ensure safety and timely connection to care.
Recommend a plan of action based on clinical presentation and coordinate connection to appropriate care and services.
Use written skills for professional documentation and communication via email.
Follow care‑management outreach protocols and apply clinical judgment to identify and solve barriers to care.
Promote effective care by coordinating with Spring Health care providers and the Provider Operations team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Care Support, Benefits/Billing, Product) to ensure a smooth member experience.
Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training.
Help onboard and mentor new team members.
Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
What we expect from you
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.
Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution‑focused interventions.
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Motivation to provide high‑touch member experience.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with various computer platforms.
Able to multi‑task and context‑switch.
The target base hourly range for this position is $33.33‑$42.31, part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Pay may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
