Fencing Project Manager/ Estimator

Specialty commercial construction company based in Clackamas, Oregon is actively seeking a highly experienced project manager with a basic knowledge of fence construction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in large scale commercial project management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Bluebeam and ProCore a plus but not a requirement.
Must have a clean motor vehicle record that allows for eligibility to drive the company provided truck.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities that encompass working well with office staff, other project managers/ estimators and crews as well as coordinating daily on scheduling and logistics for current and future projects.
Experience
Commercial Project Management : 3-5 Years (Required)
Fencing Industry: 1+ years (Preferred)
Language

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction Phase: Procure essential materials, tools and equipment for project commencement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project initiation process.
Project Execution: Work with the project estimator to ensure crews are prepared for success each day, manage on-site activities, including site preparation and efficient construction processes.
Supervise task sequencing, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress against milestones and conduct budget vs. actual expenses analysis. Implement effective risk mitigation strategies and address issues promptly.
Project Closure: Ensure project acceptance and compliance with established standards. Compile all necessary documentation and facilitate a smooth project handover.
