Construction Program Manager
Location: US-FL-Miami | US-FL-Doral | US-NC-Cary | US-AL-Birmingham | US-GA-Atlanta
What You'll Do
Lead day‑to‑day management of client programs, coordinating multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
Align project deliverables with overall program objectives to ensure consistency across scope, schedule, and outcomes.
Serve as a primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication and driving successful project delivery.
Establish and manage core program documentation, standards, and reporting tools.
Identify program‑level risks, address challenges, and drive resolution to keep work moving forward.
Support business development and growth initiatives by contributing to program action plans, proposals, presentations, and brochure materials.
Provide project‑level review, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to support successful delivery.
Coordinate resources across projects to support efficient execution and balanced workloads.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant post‑education experience in infrastructure delivery with extensive proficiency in planning, design, and construction.
Vertical Build experience managing multiple projects through the complete project life cycle required.
Proven ability to establish, implement, and manage multiple large‑scale programs simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and respond effectively to evolving client and program needs.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to CHA's health and safety policies.
Travel required to site locations in the South East.
PMP certification is a plus.

Salary Range
$150,000 - $180,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
