About the Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Woodland Hills office. This is a leadership role for a self-motivated engineer with strong project management instincts and a genuine interest in working across disciplines. The successful candidate will manage local projects as well as collaborate with teams across the firm's national office network. Engineers from civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection backgrounds are all encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead project management and delivery across commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, utility, or energy projects

Manage multidiscipline engineering teams through all phases of design and construction

Develop proposals, execution plans, and technical engineering reports

Serve as primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control

Review project drawings including plans, sections, and bills of materials

Support business development efforts and client relationship management

Provide peer review of engineering designs as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciences

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in engineering project or construction management

Experience leading multidiscipline engineering teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

PMP or PgMP certification preferred

Experience with permitting management and total installed cost development a plus
