Summary
Research Program Manager will manage Research Operations for our MSL UXR org. Primary focuses will center around managing centralized research programs (eg. rapid research), budget forecasting and tracking, participant recruitment, and research governance.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational systems and outcomes.
Proactively identify and partner with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines to improve team optimization and documentation.
Partner with team leadership on establishing effective team communication, information distribution, and cross-team collaboration.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sourcing and Vendor Engagements to enable efficient MSL contracting
Manage relationship with select group of preferred vendors, building the business-specific operations and processes needed to streamline intake
Manage the operational and financial efficiency of the MSL budget by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial datasets, files, and reports.
Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform and support business driven decisions.
Prepare metric-driven status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Proactively manage expectations: define clear program roadmaps, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments, and ensure commitments are delivered.
Provide flexible approaches that meet team needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quickly
Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into business operations or program management. Demonstrated ability to drive responsible and ethical AI adoption in cross-functional settings. Strong communication skills.
FExperience building relationships with peers and executive stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Experience leveraging data to inform decisions and drive change.
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$80.00- $85.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, denmatch, lifeion benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
