- Outpatient urology clinic with surgical privileges required
- Rounding: Both inpatient and outpatient
- Admissions required: Yes
- Practice setting: Outpatient (with hospital/surgery center privileges required)
- Trauma level 1; Peds level 0; stroke certified hospital
- Temporary privileges available
- No APP supervision; no teaching/resident responsibilities

- Laparoscopic surgeries
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
- Ureteroscopy
- Radical cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit
- Radical prostatectomy
- Nephrectomy
- Prostatectomy
- Pelvic node dissection
- Partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound
- Adrenalectomy
- Renal and bladder u/s w/biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
- Incontinence procedures
- Penile prosthesis
- Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
- License: Pennsylvania or IMLC eligible/license
- Board: Board certified in urology; fellowship required
- BC does not need to match specialty on AR
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS all required</sp
