Sr. Project Manager (Pharma)

to join our

Manufacturing Team

in

Fort Washington, PA . In this role, you will lead complex projects supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences, specialty chemical, and advanced manufacturing clients—driving operational excellence, technical precision, and long‑term client success while mentoring project teams and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Lead the delivery of complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects, managing scope, schedule, project financials, budget, risk, and client relationships across all project phases

Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing trusted client partnerships, identifying new opportunities within manufacturing and life sciences markets, and supporting marketing plan development for target market areas

Oversee the development of proposals, project plans, schedules, cost controls, change management documentation, submittals, and closeout materials across multiple projects to ensure quality, compliance, and on‑time execution

Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team

Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met across all project phases

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field required

Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required

Consulting industry experience preferred; experience managing client relationships with investor owned utilities is highly preferred

Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation

Strong background in client relationship management and interpreting client contract requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem‑solving skills

Strong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversight

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven collaboration experience

Ability to travel as needed

PMP certification, Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional license preferred

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $170,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
