• Hospital Privileges: Required (Temporary privileges available)
• Patients Per Shift: To be determined
• Bed In Department: To be determined
• Rounding: Assigned patients

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• Fellowship: Required
• State License: Pennsylvania only
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (Required)
  • BLS (Required)
  • ATLS (Not required)
  • ABLS (Not required)
  • PALS (Not required)
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Additional Information:

• Call Schedule: Every other weekend starting Friday at 12 PM through Monday at 7 AM
• Periodic Coverage: Includes vacation coverage throughout the year
• Facility Certification: Hospital is stroke certified
