Job Title – Quality Assurance Executive
Jubilant Pharmova Limited in Nanjangud is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to join their team and ensure top‑notch quality standards in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Qualifications
Post Graduate in Science / Master of Pharmacy / Bachelor of Engineering. (M. Pharma or M. Sc graduates preferred)
Experience
Must have 4+ years of experience working in the API industry.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for quality oversight in production blocks and review of processes, procedures, facilities, and training.
Batch release (or reject) activity for APIs manufactured at all plants, including review of BPRs, IOCBNs, verification of PAF, product label, retaining control sample, inspection per checklist for finished product release, and updating finished product distribution records.
Review and evaluate change controls, clean room allocation form, material re‑allocation form, reprocess approval form, and packing clearance form before product release.
Conduct visual inspection and line clearance for product changeover activities.
Perform cleaning validation samples as per approved protocol.
Handle all QMS‑related activities and coordinate root cause investigations for product failures and customer complaints.
Identify areas of improvement and review training records, plant area & pharma room cleaning, equipment status board updates, SOP availability and accessibility, batch production record placement, equipment usage and cleaning logs, sampling procedures, instrument calibration records, accessory cleaning, online monitoring of batch production and cleaning records, dispensing procedures, storage of intermediates and rejected materials, entry/exit procedures in clean rooms, cleaning validation during product changeover, CAPA implementation, communication with management and production regarding non‑conformance, SAP activities, lifecycle management, track‑wise activities, and initiation & evaluation of CCF, MRF, PCF, CRF & RPF.
